What do you make?

 

Most of my crafts revolve around laser cutting and etching. I don't have any one specific focus for what I make and I like to try have a variety to select from while learning how to make new and exciting things. Many things listed in the shop will be made in multiples and restocked but there will also be some items that are just a one off. Check back regularly to see what's available!

 

If I want something custom built, can you do that?

 

Depends! This would depend on the scope of the project and if it falls within my skill set. Another factor is if my machine can handle the size and material (I cannot cut any type of metal). However, for anything you see in the shop that you would like a custom version of, I can do that! Please contact me for custom requests so we can talk details. If the details are agreed upon I will send you an invoice and the design process will begin upon payment.

 

How much do you charge for custom work?

 

For a custom variation of something already offered in the shop I should be able to provide a quote right away based off the provided description of what you are looking for.


For completely custom order, the details of the project will need to be discussed so I can provided a proper quote. However generally there will be a design and material fee along with a 60 cents/minute of laser time fee. 

How long does it take to complete a custom order?

If the custom order is relatively small (coasters, key chains, wood/acrylic logos etc) once the design is finalized and confirmed you can expect a 1-3 business days turn around on production.

 

For larger orders it can take up to 5-10 business days. If you have an idea of what you want and would like a ballpark quote please don't hesitate to contact me. Once I have the design done I will send it off to you for approval, once approved the project should be completed and shipped in another 3-5 business days. If however there are any delays you will be notified immediately. Communication is very important to me!

Who do you use for shipping?

 

Shipping is primarily done via USPS, however depending on certain custom orders UPS or FedEx may be an option

 

Are my orders and payment options secure?

 

Yes! The store checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for your customers to purchase from our site

TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. TLS is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

Additionally, our store only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).

What are your Returns & Refunds policies?

Digital Purchases:

For any and all digital products purchased there will be no refunds. This is to help prevent piracy. If you have any questions at all prior to the purchase please contact me so I can assist to the best of my abilities. Unfortunately once you have purchased a digital product the sale is final.

Physical Purchases:

If you have made a purchase you can contact me prior to shipping for a full refund. However once an item has been shipped unfortunately we will not accept returns and refunds.

 

All packages will be shipped with insurance and in the event of any damage during shipping re-imbursement will need to be completed through the shipping company. 

Custom Orders:

If the project has been approved by the client but production has not started you are eligible for a 50% refund. However once production begins no refunds will be given. If you have any questions or concerns please use the contact me form.
